In his 10 Oct 2026 chronology he says that by January 2021 he was “hooked into” US RF sonic tech advertised as Havana Syndrome, and that he was treated as a primary case. He names Jared Genser, Nita Farahany, Gina Haspel, and Sarmad Khojasteh (then at King & Spalding) as the people he says were supposed to run that subject, and says the file was pushed onto him. He also says Norman Roule and others were connected without being told what to do, and that a false stalking allegation by someone he names as Angel Wong was used to stage an exercise around him.
